This is quite the cools. if you use the domain isitraining.in and use a / and then add where you want to query, such as isitraining.in/Chicago you get a page telling you yes or no, along with some brief weather info. To narrow it down, you can add additional location information as such: isitraining.in/syracuse-italy and isitraining.in/syracuse-ny.
right now, the server is hosed. so try at "<"datestamp">"+24:00:00
